Cancellation Policy

1. Membership Cancellation

At Physique Ascension Club, we do not have recurring payments enabled. Your membership will automatically end if it is not renewed by or on the renewal date. There is no need for a separate cancellation request.

2. Refund Policy for Early Cancellations

We do not offer refunds for early cancellations. Once a membership is purchased, it remains valid for the entire duration selected at the time of enrollment.

3. Cancellation Process

If you wish to cancel any add-on services or have concerns regarding your membership, you must visit our gym reception in person for assistance.

4. Changes to This Cancellation Policy

• We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time.
• Any changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.

5. Governing Law

This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of Gurgaon, India. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
