Once a payment has been made for any membership, service, or product at Physique Ascension Club, it is strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for unused membership periods, early cancellations, or any other reasons.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the management in cases where the issue is deemed genuine. This may include accidental duplicate payments or other special circumstances.

3. Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved by the management, it will be processed within 5-7 working days.
  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Services

All services, including but not limited to memberships, personal training sessions, group classes, and merchandise, are strictly non-refundable.

  • Physique Ascension Club reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
  • Any changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Gurgaon, India. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
